Competition Rules
- Before the match, players position themselves at the marked spots below.
- The ball will be placed in the field as shown in the screenshot, closest to the center.
- Before the match, the team selects uniforms that must be different from the opposing team's uniforms. If there's no agreement on colors, the referee decides through a random draw.
- Uniform colors must be clearly distinct, and the referee decides in case of doubt.
- Only basic accessories from the list below are allowed, which only change colors without additional decorations.
- Add-ons purchased with ARX are also allowed, but both team members must have identical ones. The same rule applies as above; changes can only affect Flight Suit colors.
- Painting on the shoulders is not restricted and is an individual choice of each player.
- Attacking other players during the match is prohibited, but pushing them is allowed.
- Jumping during the match is prohibited.
- Striking an opposing team player or if one of the players jumps, the team receives a penalty point - a Foul.
- If one of the teams accumulates 3 penalty points, they automatically lose the match.
- A goal is scored when the ball completely passes around the Keep Clear sign.
- To win the match, a team must score more goals than the opposing team or score a point in the extra-time round.
- Each round lasts until a goal is scored or for 5 minutes.
- Batteries can only be refilled between rounds.
- The match consists of 2 rounds; in case of a tie, an extra-time round lasting 3.5 minutes is organized.
- After scoring a goal, the game is stopped, the ball is placed in the center of the field, and the teams switch sides.
- If no goal is scored after 5 minutes, the round ends in a tie.
- In Extra-time, in the event of a tie, the team with the ball on their half of the field after 3.5 minutes loses the match.
- Only the referee determines which half the ball is on. In case of doubt referee can use the recorded video or print screen.
- On the field, there are two areas located on opposite sides where the ball can be blocked.
Here, we rely on the spirit of Fair Play and assume that teams will act honestly. It's sufficient for one team to yield so that a player from the other team can unblock the ball.
We assume that once the ball is unblocked, the team that stepped aside will only block the ball until the opposing team returns to full strength.
If neither team is willing to step aside, the referee has the right to stop the game and instruct the players to go to the center of the field. Afterward, the referee will release the ball, and upon their signal, the game will be resumed.
- Voice communication* takes place on a single Discord channel, and the referees have the right to move to an internal channel during deliberations.
- If a team requests, fans will be politely directed to a designated channel; referees can't control this, personal culture applies.
Competition Progress
- Teams come out to the center of the field to have their uniforms approved by the referee.
- The sides for the first round are drawn.
- Players take their starting positions, and upon the referee's signal of 3, 2, 1, Start, they move towards the ball, and the match begins.
- If an additional round is needed, after 3.5 minutes, the referee determines which side of the field the ball is on. In case of doubt, they can use recorded video material or a screenshot. The referee can also utilize material recorded by streamers covering the Nano Olympics.
- End of the match.
